   Pick your favorite portrait style (Classic, Sparkle, Flame, etc.). On the product page, choose single-pet or multi-pet, turnaround time, and upload your photos.
2. Add to Cart
   Once your photos and options are set, add your Digital Portrait to your basket.
3. Add Optional Prints
   If you’d like a physical version, head to the Print Add-Ons section to add prints, framed prints, or a T-shirt. (Digital Portrait required to purchase Add-Ons).
4. We Create & Deliver
   We make your portrait, email the digital file, and if you added prints, send it to production after you approve it.

Digital Portraits:
Our standard turnaround time is 10 days, with an optional 3-day rush upgrade.

Printed Add-Ons:
Prints, framed prints, and T-shirts ship after you approve your digital portrait. Delivery times vary, and while these are typical, they aren’t guaranteed:
• USA: 7–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

For prints and t-shirts, as each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product. To avoid any issues with sizing, please ensure that you consult the size guides provided in the last images of each product listing before making your purchase.
