You’ll receive your digital portrait first so you can approve it.
Once it’s approved, we’ll create your framed print using the final artwork.

Each framed print is made to order using your finished portrait, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind.
If your framed print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it straight away.
