Purchase Your Portrait: Complete the purchase on our website.
Send in Your Photos: After purchase, send us your photos as a reply to your order confirmation email.
We Create Your Portrait: Once we receive your photos, we'll create your custom portrait.
Receive Your Artwork: When your portrait is complete, we'll send the final digital file to you via email.

Currently, we provide high-resolution digital files only. However, we're planning on offering custom pet merchandise in the future.

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 days, however there is an option for rushed, 3 day turnaround.

We offer complimentary revisions to ensure you're happy with your final portrait.

Absolutely! We can create portraits for pets of all kinds, from rabbits to reptiles, and even for people. Simply provide high-quality photos of each subject to ensure the best results.

Yes you can! Our pricing is based off the number of images edited. So, if you want to include two pets, such as one in the foreground and another as a floating head, it will count as a single pet portrait.

As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product. To avoid any issues with sizing, please ensure that you consult the size guides provided in the last images of each product listing before making your purchase. If you encounter any issues or receive a defective product, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
