Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Merchandise (T-Shirts and Other Apparel)

Since our merch items are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. We kindly ask that you review our size guides (found in the last images of each product listing) carefully before making a purchase to ensure you choose the correct size.

What qualifies for a return on merchandise?

We will only accept returns or refunds for merchandise under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number and a brief description, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Custom Digital Pet Portraits

For custom digital portraits, we want you to be completely happy with the final result. While we don’t offer returns or refunds for digital portraits, we are happy to work with you on edits to make sure the portrait meets your expectations. If you need adjustments to your custom portrait, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final file, and we’ll make any reasonable changes as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

3. Shipping for Merchandise

Please note that all customers are responsible for shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. We currently ship worldwide, with estimated shipping times as follows:

  • USA: 2–5 business days

  • Canada, Australia, Rest of the World: 10–30 business days
